COME AND EXPLORE - TOGETHER WITH GREAT SOLWORLD/SFIO COLLEAGUES
IN PORVOO, FINLAND JUNE 4TH - 7TH, 2026
It has been a while since we had the last Trainers’ conference in the Solution Focus (SF) community. Yet, the issues and ideas of training SF and using SF in training and development processes are central to the profession of many SF practitioners. It is time to share and develop new ideas again!
The Unconference format allows all the participants to share their experiences, tools and questions about training SF and using SF as training and organisational development practice. The programme will be shaped by the themes participants wish to explore with their peers. Bring your own ideas and questions!
“I think that it was easy to join the group, and that people were genuinely
receptive and happy about the newcomer! Everything was explained well, and the practical things went smoothly. It also makes it easier if there are other new and first-time participants,”
-says Netta Jakola, a participant of the last SOLworld/SFiO Unconference.”
This is an unconference for you if you train SF skills, if you use SF as a method for training other topics like leadership or if you use SF in the developmental processes of organisations, networks and ecosystems.
We are happy to host the Unconference in Finland, where we already have decades of experience of long-term SF Training for coaches, supervisors and leaders. At the same time, we are eager to learn more about the various solutions found elsewhere.
In addition to precious content and colleagues, the SF Trainers’ Unconference gives you the opportunity to enjoy Finnish nature by the sea. You’re also welcome to simply relax and take in the beautiful surroundings.
The venue of the event is Hotel Poukama by the Gulf of Finland, 50 km from the Helsinki airport and 17 km from the idyllic old town of Porvoo.
